Seed mix Poha
Rinse 1/2 cup of poha in water till they soften
Add salt (as required), 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and sugar (if required) to the poha and gently mix.
Dry roast the 7-in-1 super seeds and nut mix till they become crunchy (Optional)
Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan.
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds first, then add 1/2 cup finely chopped onions and saute them.
Add 6-7 curry leaves and 1 tsp chopped green chillies. Saute for 30 seconds.
Add poha in the pan and stir. Cover and steam the poha for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Take it off the heat and let it sit for 4-5 minutes covered.
Sprinkle the 7-in-1 super seeds and nut mix and grate half a cube of cheese. Enjoy!
Toppings on Milkshakes
Add 4 chopped strawberries, 2 cups of chilled milk and add sugar (if required) in a blender.
Blends all the ingredients till mixture is smooth.

Toast 2 slices of bread, then immediately place it on a plate for cooling.
